If I asked you what problem you solve, would you be able to give me an exact answer?
For the first year of coaching, I would have recited an answer I’d created based on a formula from a marketer. The next quarter, I would have changed the response. And, a new response in the next quarter.
I knew what I wanted to do. I didn’t know how to tell people what I did because I did so many things. Or so I thought…
The truth is I only wanted to work with one type of person. The problem is I felt I needed to be open to whatever came my way.
Maybe you don’t have that problem. You know what problem you solve. The next part is more important for you. How do you solve the problem?
